Farda Linx has been immersed in music from a very young age. He began his journey on the sound system circuit at just 13 years old as a mic man with a sound called Skisim Posse, performing under the name Asher-B. That early experience ignited a lifelong passion for music and performance.

While reggae remains his first love, Farda Linx is a true lover of all good music. Influenced by a wide range of artists, he holds a deep admiration for legends such as Garnet Silk, Al Campbell, U-Roy, and I-Roy, among others. His name, Farda Linx, was given to him by DJ Tubbz — a name that has since become synonymous with passion, vibes, and dedication to the culture.

He officially joined the SpiceRadio1.com family in November 2024 as a guest on Glen Jammer’s show — and he never looked back. Now a firm fixture on the station, Farda Linx hosts his own show every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., delivering uplifting sounds, timeless selections, and an authentic connection to the roots of reggae and beyond.
