Mr. Flex, also known as Baldhead Boy, has been in the music game for over 33 years and has been playing sound systems for the past 20. His journey began when his brother Mage recognized his talent and encouraged him to keep going as a DJ — advice he took to heart and never looked back.

Over the years, Mr. Flex has played on many sound systems and became a part of the Spiceradio 1 family. Though he left for a time, he returned because, as he puts it, “that’s where the heart is.” He now hosts his beloved Sunday show from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., a slot that means a lot to him.

Music has always been in his blood. As a child, he would watch his father play “big people music,” and that legacy continues today. While he can play all styles, his true passion lies in classic, grown-up tunes — the kind that moves souls and tells stories.
